The One Where There Was Khaki Green

You know how I said last week that I would show you a quilt I’m working on today? Well, that’s not going to happen. It’s not finished. And this time it wasn’t my epic procrastination skills that caused it! We were away for the weekend, and Tootsie and I were separated for FOUR WHOLE DAYS so no quilt was done. Which is sad.

Let’s all take a minute.

But what I did manage to do was crochet a heap of key rings, which I really needed to do because the Etsy Made Local Market is in a few weeks, on the 25th of Nov. We shall be there, and you should be too! (Okay, shameless plug over. But seriously, you should come 😉 )

So I got a lot of crocheting done. Unfortunately, I somehow messed up when I was packing and only brought two different colours. One has all these glorious colours in it that reminds me of the Wheatbelt, blue sky, green and brown grass and red dirt. The other was khaki green. I totally loved this colour combo when I started, now… No more khaki green. Please, no more khaki green! *rocks back and forth while hiding in the corner.

I shall call this collection, ‘I Really Need To Learn How To Pack’.
